Incident response for your clients,
delivered under your brand.
Managed service providers bring us in when a client has a breach, a departing employee, a legal hold or a question that needs an expert answer. We deliver under your name or beside it, and the client relationship stays with you. Much of our incident response work arrives this way, and has since 2022.
Two ways to work
White label or co-branded
You choose per engagement. Both are covered by one partner agreement, so the paperwork is done once.
White label
Our name appears nowhere. Reports go out on your letterhead, our principal signs on your behalf, and your client deals with you throughout. Used where the partner owns the whole relationship.
Co-branded
Your letterhead, our name as the forensic provider. The client sees the specialist you brought in, and the expert who signs the report is available if the matter goes to court.
Your client stays yours
We do not sell managed services, licences or hardware. When the incident is over, the remediation work goes back to you with a written list of what to do.
Named expert, court-tested
Every report is signed by a named Australian expert who has given evidence in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of NSW. That matters when your client’s insurer or solicitor asks who did the work.
What we do for your clients
The same services on our other pages, delivered through you.
Breach response
Scoping, containment advice, evidence preservation, log and mailbox analysis, and the post-incident report. We work alongside your engineers, and you keep the change control.
Forensic acquisition and analysis
Devices, cloud accounts and mailboxes collected to AS ISO/IEC 27037 and NIST SP 800-86, with hash values and chain of custody. It covers departing employees, insider concerns and suspected data theft.
Expert evidence
When a client matter goes legal, the forensic work is already court-grade. We prepare the expert report and give the evidence.
Tabletop exercises and training
Board and executive tabletops and staff sessions run under your brand for your clients, including the Mythos board tabletop.
How it works
What a partner engagement looks like
One agreement, then per-matter scopes
A partner agreement covers confidentiality, branding, and how we are named. Each matter then gets a short written scope and price to you, and you price it to your client.
Tell us who the end client is
Before we start, we ask who the work is for. Some sectors carry obligations we must check first.
Business-hours response
We work business hours. Partners on a retainer are triaged within 4 business hours, with evidence preservation advice first and formal analysis after.
Bring us in behind your brand
A short call is enough to work out whether white label or co-branded suits the client in front of you. Read how a business got 100 servers back online with its MSP and how we handled a breach with several MSPs holding access.
